COMPETITION RESULTS Stil waiting for the Inter-service results (come on John!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) January 26th coaching course - HMS CollingwoodWe had a very good attendance with this one and had three coaches for the day!! It all kicked off with the Juniors from the area with our madcap Kiwi Lance Wicks taking it, I think the kids enjoyed it..................... and so did the adults who joined in Dinky Do Dinky Da, absolutely Bonkers!!
Then we had the Derek (Piears) and Derek (Hopkins) show a mix of kata (formal sequence of Dancing, sorry Kata) and groundwork techniques which all practiced.
